In harmony with myself and the world
Our world is unique, multifaceted, and unrepeatable. It consists of two realities. The manifested reality is called physical – material reality.Hermes Trismegistus said: “What is inside is outside.
This is what we see around us and can “feel. Unrevealed reality – the sphere of spirit, feelings, thoughts – is usually called metaphysical reality, the subtle plane, the subtle world. It is also called energetic reality. These two realities constitute a single whole. This information is now available in many sources.
Hermes Trismegistus said, “What is inside is outside. Because in man, as in the world, there are also two realities: physical – his body, and metaphysical (inner) – his sphere of feelings, thoughts. And this also constitutes unity. What affects what? The body on the sphere of feelings and thoughts, or thoughts and feelings on the body? Perhaps you would agree with me that there is a mutual influence. For our two worlds are “inside” each other, overlapping, flowing over. Although, in my opinion, the inner world “sphere of feelings and thoughts” influences more actively, that is, as a rule, we act the way we think or feel:)) Now, what does this give us practically? For, in my deep conviction, here I fully agree with author ColinTipping.
“Spirituality is useless if it is not applicable in real life.”
Spirituality, as I understand it, is precisely the subtle world of Spirit, a relationship (if we have established one) with the inner world of man. That is, in both cases, it is what is “inside,” what is invisible to the ordinary eye, what cannot be felt, but can be felt, because the realm of the senses is the realm of the Soul. It is not for nothing that the root of the word “psychology” – “psyche” from the Latin translates as “Soul”.
The Soul has access to the spiritual part of (subtle) energy information, i.e. the inner information of the spirit. And the mind, as one of the tools of the physical world, the tools of the body, analyzes what it sees, what happens around. When there is harmony of soul and body, there is integrity in a man, his self-sufficiency.
Breathing and nourishment are necessary for the body, their energies are dense and heavy. They have quantitative and qualitative characteristics of volume, mass, density. These forces keep the body alive on a physical, cellular level, but do not give it the power of life. The main source of vitality, energy, health and longevity is the human spiritual world.
The spiritual world, or the powers of the soul, is formed on the energies of joy, love and wisdom. These are the three pillars of the age-old philosophy of the meaning of life. They are the ones that shape purpose and point the way–with faith, will, and hope, generating vigor of spirit. They are the ones that transform the dense energies of eating and breathing into a new qualitative state and provide the support and foundation for a healthy and happy life. But because these energies cannot be weighed or measured, they have always belonged to the secret teachings called esoteric.
The joy that fills our souls penetrates every cell of the body, saturating and filling it, and then we rush to share it by sharing this energy with others.
Love takes over the heart and spreads this energy through the organs. The purest and subtlest energy of love always works to give back. Through all philosophical and religious teachings there is the idea that one must love oneself, not wait for someone else’s love.
Wisdom gives tranquility and faith, understanding of the truth, the power of inner organization and concentration on what you enjoy, what you love and what you believe in.
These qualities make a person an energy system open to the Cosmos, God, the guardian angel and all things on earth.
So how do you develop certain qualities of your soul? By analogy, the same way we develop certain skills for the physical body, when we learn to walk, skate, ride a bicycle, learn to drive, learn a foreign language. First we determined what we wanted to learn, then we either studied it ourselves or looked for a teacher/instructor, etc., then we began to study and it was a lot of repetition until the skill was polished to automatism and we no longer thought about how to keep the balance or which pedal to press.
Is it possible to learn to rejoice consciously, to discover within oneself the source of Love, when the energies of Love and Joy are radiated from the soul and you are already happy that you are Alive, that joy exists in your soul and that you can share it, let others drink from the fullness of the source inside you. When you wake up in the morning and you feel light and calm, and from your heart naturally comes the thought: “Oh God, thank you! Thank you for this coming day, and for all the events of this day!” When we have filled ourselves with Love and Joy it is easy for us to give thanks, and then we sincerely, from the heart send the energy of joy, gratitude, love – to family and friends, acquaintances and strangers, simply into space, to everyone and everyone who lives on planet Earth.
