Ahealthy body is a well nourished body. The role of food is to provide us with the nutrients and energy that we need to live. Only life generates life. All foods should be living, this is because when food is devitalized it generates illness and when it is dead it generates death. Processed foods are devitalized foods. Overcooked food is dead food. Food, grown in devitalized soil, treated with fertilizer and artificial pesticides, is an incomplete and toxic food. All of our foods should be specifically for human consumption, coming directly from nature or from organic farming and not modified genetically or otherwise. Genetic modifications prevent the expression of life in its original form and are deadly to individuals and to our species. The ideal human diet is a vegan diet composed only of raw organic foods.
There are four food types:
· Biogenic foods (that generate life) e.g. raw sprouted seeds.
· Bioactive foods (that activate life) e.g. raw fruit.
· Biostatic foods (that maintain life) e.g. spaghetti
· Biocidic foods (that destroy life) e.g. white sugar
Biogenic and bioactive foods are the most nourishing and the most energizing, whereas biostatic and biocidic foods extract elements and energy. Live food is more easily digested while cooked foods are toxic and are at the origin of various illnesses. The more we eat live foods the more our health becomes perfect and the more we ingest devitalized foods the more we prepare the field for illness and death. If, as is said, we are what we eat, then we are degenerated and dead people on reprieve.

Almost all of us are so very far removed from nature that our bodies have become considerably deficient and devitalized. Healthy and living nutrition should suffice but today’s foods are not always sufficient since they too are devitalized. If we want to rebuild ourselves we may require nutritional supplements. These supplements should be as close to their natural form as possible, super-nourishing and bioavailable superfoods rather than isolated chemical elements which have no value.
